monitoringdata.com is aimed at smaller asset managers who may not have the resources to read, store and interpret all their monitoring data and wish to satisfy industry best practice and relevant legislation.
Data Transfer
Your monitoring data can be transferred electronically by e-mail, or by fax, phone or mail. Hydro Tasmania Consulting can even arrange to have your instrumentation read or survey carried out for you.
Data Storage
Your monitoring data is stored securely on a dedicated server within Hydro Tasmania Consulting with routine back-up.
Data Presentation
Your monitoring data is presented on a password-protected website in a format tailored to suit you needs. You can also store any number of photographs, drawings and reports to provide a common platform for management of your assets.
Data Interpretation
Hydro Tasmania Consulting can analyse and report on your monitoring data and recommend any remedial action required. We can even perform remedial actions on your behalf.
Review of Monitoring Practices
Hydro Tasmania Consulting can conduct a review of your existing instrumentation and monitoring in accordance with industry best practice and regulatory requirements. We can even install new or upgrade existing instrumentation if deficiencies are identified
Ownership of Data
You will remain the owner of your monitoring data. All data is available for download at any times from your password-protected website.
Client Service
Each of Hydro Tasmania Consulting’s Clients is assigned a dedicated Client Manager. All interpretation and reporting of your monitoring data is reviewed by Hydro Tasmania Consulting’s team of experienced Engineers in accordance with our approved ISO 9001 Quality System.
Cost
Cost is calculated on an individual basis depending on the level of sophistication required, amount of data, the frequency of new data and reporting requirements. An initial set-up cost covers website establishment and basic website content. Following this, a regular fee (monthly, quarterly, annual) is incurred for website and data maintenance, ongoing data analysis and and reporting.
